Tell us a little bit about your personality.
I’m very outgoing and live a really positive lifestyle. I like to work hard for things because at the
end of the day it’s an amazing feeling when you can reward yourself or others. I can be your best
friend or your worst enemy. I’m very honest, sometimes I think I need a censor button, but it’s
just because I’d rather tell you the truth than lie and hurt your later on. A lot of people think I’m
a bitch, which yes sometimes I can be, but I like to think most of the time I’m sweet…with a little
bit of sour. lol
Where were you born and where did you grow up?
I was born in Valencia, Venezuela, and Grew up in Venezuela until I was about 12 yrs old. I moved
to Nebraska (Yes…lol I said it) where I went to HS and was raised around incredible family and
friends. I moved to Orlando when I was 18 and now I’m 22 and living in Miami & Loving IT :)
How did you get into modeling?
It all started out because *someone suggested it* I started it while I was in HS doing little test
shoots etc, then they used my photos as advertisement. When I moved to Orlando I became more
involved with it and worked with a lot of people that taught me the right things and the wrong
things as well…it was all a learning experience. Now it’s more of a hobby for me that I plan to tie in
with my education & future career.
What do you like most about modeling?
I love capturing emotions and creating incredible images. I love to work with new people and get
to know them and their goals. I also love to show off a little sexiness. Every woman loves to feel
sexy sometimes and I think that’s what modeling sometimes does for me…builds that extra
confidence.
How do you spend your time when you're not modeling?
I’m currently a full time student majoring in Communications: Broadcasting. If I’m not modeling I’m
working on something else in the industry whether it’s through marketing, radio, acting or
promoting...I enjoy it all. You can also find me at home with friends and family, at the movies or
maybe for a night out with friends.
What is your best physical feature?
My smile. I love my teeth and it’s probably the thing I look out for the most.
What is the first thing that attracts you to a guy?
Of course his sense of style and how his body looks. I hate to sound shallow but I want to be with
a man who takes care of himself. You don’t have to be a body builder but at least show me that
you care about a healthy lifestyle. After his looks will be his personality…I've gone out with some
gorgeous guys and it never got to the 2nd date just because his personality was NOT there…
Describe your idea of a perfect date.
A perfect day for me would involve a lot of laughing and just enjoying the day and the time. I don’t
think there is really such thing as perfect, but a nice dinner would be a part of that date. Maybe a
stroll through a nice area, a movie, sitting down and talking and just enjoying the moment. Truly
listening to that person and them listening to you would qualify as perfect as well.
What type of beats do you like?
Beats….I listen to all types of music, but mostly you can find me at a House club…or open format
where they play a little bit of everything. My itunes is filled with all different types of music.
What is something people would be surprised to know about you?
I’m a nerd and I spend a lot of time studying and dedicated to my books and education.
What can we expect from Miz Mari in 2010?
A lot of new things. Ranging from Radio to Acting, some more modeling but definitely to grow and
become a better person.
Any last words to your supporters and future fans?
I truly appreciate all those who have supported me and been there from the beginning. It really
means a lot when someone says “thank you for doing this” or “thank you for helping out” etc etc.
For my future fans…stick by me I don’t plan on “forgetting” or ignoring people who support me and
my movement. I live a positive lifestyle and encourage everyone to find their love of life and pursue
it…make it into something that works for you :)
